What are the prerequisites for this course?
We want everyone to succeed so a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and excel.

Is the course fully online or are there in-person components? and How flexible is the course schedule?
100% online and everyone learns at their own pace but if you are working on a project for the first time while taking this course the course and project may take you a week the first time but that next time that project will be done in a day.

How many certificates will I get after taking the Course?
There will be 2 Certificates: Green Belt Trained - if you successfully completed the Green Belt training course. Green Belt Certified: is when you applied the learnings from the Green Belt training course and effectively utilized the tools and techniques post-training.

What technical requirements are needed to participate?
Access to Power Bi, Power Apps and Power Automate and Excel & Optional but reccomended is teams and sharepoint.

How long does the course take to complete?
18 hours of training great to do spread out over a week.

What qualifications or certifications will I receive after completing the course?
Green belt trained certificate in Power Lean Sigma. After you load your completed project you will receive your power lean sigma green belt certification. Once you complete the training you can take the pl-900 power platform exam for a certification issued by Microsoft.

What is the instructor's background?
Russ Abrams is a Lean Sigma Master Black Belt and has been teaching and implementing change around the world for over twenty years. In the last few years Russ has earned multiple certifications and created dozens of apps and flows for businesses. In 2023 Russ became a Microsoft Certified Trainer and has now combined all of these skills into a powerful course that provides the students with the knowledge to correct issues and the skills necessary to build automated processes that are defect free
